Who we are
D.I.G. Deeper LLC is an asset recovery firm. We research public records to find funds that have been separated from their owners, then do the work of getting that money back to the people it belongs to.
Most of the people we call have no idea the money exists, and it was never a mistake on their part. A notice went to an old address. An account went dormant. An estate was settled without anyone knowing there was more to collect. We dig deeper so that money does not stay lost.

Our team works through public records and agency data to identify funds that have gone unclaimed and to establish who they belong to.

We find the owner
We locate the rightful owner or their heirs, often years after the money was set aside, and confirm we have reached the right person before anything else happens.

We handle the claim
We prepare the documentation, coordinate signatures and notarization, file the claim with the holding agency, and manage the follow-up until the funds are released.

You get paid, then we do
Our fee comes out of the recovered funds after they are released. Nothing is owed before that, and nothing is owed if nothing is recovered.
Our fee
- Contingency only. We are paid a percentage of what is recovered, and only after it is recovered.
- No upfront cost. We cover the research, the filing and the follow-up. You are never asked to pay for anything along the way.
- No recovery, no fee. If nothing is recovered, you owe nothing. The risk is ours.
- Set in writing before we start. Our percentage and every other term is stated in a written agreement you review and sign before any work begins. Where state law limits recovery fees, our fee complies.
