These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of digdeeperllc.com and of the text messaging program operated by D.I.G. Deeper LLC ("D.I.G. Deeper," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or opt in.
Text messaging program
Program name: D.I.G. Deeper LLC client messages.
What we send. If you opt in to non-marketing messages, we text you about your inquiry, appointment confirmations, documents that need your attention and updates on your file. If you opt in to marketing messages, we may also text you about our asset recovery services. The two consents are separate.
How you opt in. By checking a consent box on our website form and submitting it with your mobile number, or by giving us your consent in another documented way. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any service.
Message frequency varies with your interaction with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Any charges come from your mobile carrier under your plan, not from us.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message from us, or text STOP to (904) 595-9620. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no more after that unless you opt in again.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and is not guaranteed.
Age. You must be at least 18 years old to opt in, and you confirm that the mobile number you provide is yours or that you are authorized to enroll it.
Privacy. We do not share text messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates. See our Privacy Policy.
About this website
This website describes our company and our asset recovery services in general terms. Nothing on it is an offer or a promise to recover any particular funds for any particular person. We are not a law firm and nothing on this website is legal, tax or financial advice.
Services are provided under a written agreement
Submitting a form, calling us or exchanging messages with us does not create a client relationship. We act for you only after you have reviewed and signed a written agreement. That agreement, and not this website, states our fee and every other term of the engagement, and it controls if it conflicts with anything here.

Termination
We may suspend or end the text messaging program, or your participation in it, at any time. You may leave the program at any time by replying STOP.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last revised. Your continued use of the website or the text messaging program after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, unless a signed agreement between you and us provides otherwise.
