Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how D.I.G. Deeper LLC ("D.I.G. Deeper," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit digdeeperllc.com, submit a form, speak with us, or exchange email or text messages with us.
Important notice about text messaging data
We do not share text messaging opt-in data or consent with any third parties or affiliates. This includes the phone number you give us and the record of your consent.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our own customer service, such as the telecommunications provider that delivers our messages, and only for that purpose. All other categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
Text message consent and opt-in
You can choose to receive text messages from us by checking a consent box on our website form, or by giving us your consent in another documented way. Checking a box is optional and is not a condition of any service. The marketing consent and the non-marketing consent are separate, and you may give either, both or neither.
- Message frequency varies with your interaction with us.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will confirm that you have been unsubscribed and will send no further messages unless you opt in again.
- Reply HELP, call (904) 595-9620, or email deals@digdeeperllc.com for assistance.
When you give consent through our form we keep a record of it: the wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the network address the form was sent from. We keep that record to show that messages were sent with permission.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, city and state, the text of your message, and anything else you choose to tell us by form, phone, email or text.
- Information from public and commercial sources. Our work is identifying the owners of unclaimed funds and locating them. To do that we use public records and commercial data providers, which may include names, current and past addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and family relationships.
- Information needed to complete a recovery. If you engage us, we collect what the holder of the funds requires to verify a claim, which can include identification documents and signed, notarized forms.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as network address, browser type and the pages requested. This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics scripts or tracking pixels.
How we use information
- To respond to your request and to contact you by the means you chose.
- To identify, locate and verify the rightful owners of unclaimed funds.
- To prepare, file and follow up on a recovery that you have authorized in writing.
- To send text messages to people who have given consent, and to honor opt-out requests.
- To keep records that the law or good business practice requires, and to protect against fraud.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only as follows, and always subject to the text messaging notice above:
- With service providers that work for us under contract, such as our hosting, email, telephone, electronic signature and notary providers, and only to the extent they need it to provide that service.
- With the agency, court or institution holding funds, and with attorneys or other professionals involved in a recovery, when you have authorized us to pursue that recovery.
- When required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
- In connection with a merger, sale or transfer of our business, under confidentiality terms at least as protective as this policy.
How we protect information
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards suited to the sensitivity of the information, including encrypted connections to this website, access controls on our systems, and limits on who within our company can see personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet legal, accounting and record keeping obligations. Records of text messaging consent and opt-out are kept for as long as we may need to show that a message was sent lawfully.
Your choices and rights
- Text messages. Reply STOP at any time.
- Email. Use the unsubscribe link in our email, or reply and ask us to stop.
- Phone calls and mail. Tell us not to contact you again and we will honor that request.
- Access, correction and deletion. You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within the time the law requires. We may keep information we are legally required or permitted to keep, such as consent records and the file for a completed recovery.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. To make any request, contact us using the details below. We will not treat you differently for exercising a privacy right.
